A charismatic charmer and a smasher of pianos. A madman and an earnest poet. Ben Caplan released his first studio album in 2011 and has spent the last ten years recording and performing to ever growing audiences in music clubs and theatres around the world. For the ten year anniversary of his first release, Caplan released a solo acoustic album of re-interpretations of his songs called Recollection. He is currently actively touring across Europe and Canada presenting both concerts and performances of his critically acclaimed theatre show, Old Stock: A Refugee Love Story, which he co-created with Christian Barry and Governor General’s Award winner Hannah Moscovitch.
